We use the aluminium faced mdf as the base material then uv paint with high gloss or matte , 

then put the aluminium edge and the G handle according your size.

we pack it with transparent film to protect it , 

between two boards is a plastic foam , every door has the corner to protect it ,  

each 2 or 3 doors put in the box then the pallet outside the box.
